Snooziowl Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Snooziowl. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the following conditions.


Return Period

  • We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

  • If you are based in the UK or EU, you are also entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer law, during which you may cancel or return your order without giving a reason.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unused, uninstalled, and undamaged, with tags intact).

  • In the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@snooziowl.com to request a return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and full instructions.

  3. Please send the item back using the provided return label.


Items Excluded from Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised products (e.g. bespoke lighting, engraved or specially made items).

  • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged.

  • Items missing their original packaging or components.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return your item and place a new order.


Refunds

  • All returned items will be carefully inspected, and only those in resellable condition will qualify for a refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving your return.

  • A £15 return fee per item will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@snooziowl.com.
