Delivery Regions & Availability
We ship internationally from our global fulfilment centres. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel online through the carrier’s tracking system. If your tracking shows no updates for more than 10 working days, please contact our Customer Support.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Occasionally, we offer promotions such as “Free Shipping” to selected destinations — this will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated. As these costs are outside our control, we recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance.
Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, but external factors (customs clearance, weather, local postal services) may cause delays. A parcel is considered “lost” if it has not arrived within 30 working days of the shipping date. In such cases, please contact us for assistance. If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
Returns & Exchanges (Logistics)
If you wish to return a product, please first contact our Customer Support team to obtain a return authorisation and the appropriate return address. Please do not return items directly to the dispatch warehouse without prior approval, as this may result in your return not being processed.
- Faulty or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage.
- Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
