Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel online through the carrierโs tracking system. If your tracking shows no updates for more than 10 working days, please contact our Customer Support.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Occasionally, we offer promotions such as โFree Shippingโ to selected destinations โ this will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, but external factors (customs clearance, weather, local postal services) may cause delays. A parcel is considered โlostโ if it has not arrived within 30 working days of the shipping date. In such cases, please contact us for assistance. If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
Returns & Exchanges (Logistics)
If you wish to return a product, please first contact our Customer Support team to obtain a return authorisation and the appropriate return address. Please do not return items directly to the dispatch warehouse without prior approval, as this may result in your return not being processed.
